The Firm grew out of the experience of Mario Del Sarto and Giuseppe Floridia, students of Professor Giovanni Castellino in the 1960s and university professors, who in the 1980s pooled their skills and in 1990 decided to form a professional association with their young colleagues Leonardo Cuttica, Enrico Bonicelli and Giulio Floridia. This was the birth of the accountancy firm Studio Del Sarto Floridia Cuttica Bonicelli.
The Firm grew in the 2000s and developed thanks to new professionals. Since 2013, with the entry of Angelo Di Summa, its name has changed to Studio Cuttica Bonicelli Floridia e Associati, continuing to make use of the experience and support of Mario Del Sarto and Giuseppe Floridia and strengthening its structure with valid collaborators: among these Giovanni Sgobio, Laura Marchisio, Fabrizio Rey. Since October 2018 it has been enriched by the experience of a new partner in the person of Lucia Rota, her collaborator Laura Bagnasco and the support of Riccardo Rota as a consultant. From January 2022 he joined the professional association Laura Marchisio, in January 2023 Fabrizio Rey became a partner. From October 2021 the studio moved to the new offices in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II n. 6.
